The main machine
Hydraulic press mainly consists of machine body, various oil cylinders, power hydraulic system, electrical control system, safety system and other auxiliary parts.The main machine body is composed of upper beam, slider, moving working table, pillars, lower beam, hydraulic cushion, etc. The power system is composed of high-pressure oil pump, filling valve, overflow valve, flow valve and oil tank. It provides a controllable hydraulic power source for the hydraulic press machine. Electrical control system consists of electrical control cabinet, electrical control box, PLC and alarm system, etc.
The machine body
The machine body is of four-rod pre-stressed assembly frame structure. It is composed of steel welded structural parts, which can be divided into lower cross beam, pillar, pull rod, slider, upper beam, movable working table, hydraulic cushion, etc, in which the lower cross beam, pillar and upper beam are pre-tightened to form a combined gantry frame. The two pillars in the middle guide the slider in four corners eight sides guide rail. The main structural parts adopt steel welding structure with aging treatment to eliminate the welding stress, and grinding of the welding seam to avoid welding slag or scarring phenomenon, and shot blasting. After welding of the key structural parts, the whole machine body will be in tempering furnace to eliminate the stress ensuring long term service lift without deformation.
Upper cross beam
The upper cross beam adopts steel plate welding structure with high temperature annealing to eliminate the welding stress, and fine processing by imported high precision machine tool. The main cylinder is placed in the upper beam, above which are safety maintenance platform, hydraulic transmission device and oil tank. The upper beam is connected with the left and right pillars by pull rod with reliable positioning to ensure the precision of the whole machine.
Slider
The slider is placed in the middle of the machine body, and its upper plane is connected with the main cylinder. The slider adopts high-quality steel plate welding structure, the bottom panel is a whole plate. After welding, the whole slider going through tempering treatment in furnace to eliminate welding stress, and shot blasting for machining processing. The slider adopts four corners eight sides adjustable guide rail to ensure high guiding precision. The guide rail is made of tin bronze material, the guide clearance is adjustable with high guiding precision, strong resistance of deflecting load, strong rigidity and constant in working accuracy. There are "T" slot on the bottom plane of the slider for fixing mould (the size and position can be determined based on the technical requirement of the buyer's)
The slider is stable and reliable in the process of rising, falling and unloading, low noise, no shack or impact phenomenon. The stroke of the slider is controlled by absolute displacement sensor, which is placed in the upper part of the pillar. The transition point of the stroke and position is set and displayed directly on the touch screen, the measuring and displaying accuracy reach 0.10mm. The pressure control of the slider can realize digital display and numerical control. The slider pressure can be infinite adjusted from 15-100% of the nominal pressure. The dwell time can be preset.
Lower cross beam
In the middle of the lower cross beam, there is a hydraulic ejection cylinder, The lower beam is connected with the left and right pillars by draw-bar with reliable positioning to ensure the precision of the whole machine.
Left, right pillar
The pillars are placed on the left and right side of the machine. The upper and lower planes are positioned accurately by the positioning mechanism respectively, so as to ensure the precision of the machine assembly. Guide rails are mounted on the inside of the left and right pillars. In the mould area on the inside of the pillars, the lighting device are installed with the water-proof fluorescent illumination lamp, the light source is strong and the lighting voltage is 220V.
Pull rod
The pull rod and nut are made of 45# steel, which are fine processed after annealing with strong rigidity and uniform deformation.
Hydraulic safety device
There are two groups of hydraulic safety plug in the upper beam, and its also called safety plug. When the slider is down or return, the safety plug will automatically work to ensure the free movement of the slider and safety operation during maintenance and replacement of the mold. The stroke switch will signal when the lock cylinder is in position, Its action relies on the hydraulic system valve group to provide the power source, the movement direction depends on the solenoid valve to carry on the commutation.
